$8,000 US Negotiable
The owner bought this boat in 1982
General condition and any additional information
- I purchased this Hunter 22 Sailboat, brand new in 1982, and I have been the only owner
- I have always stored the boat either in a shed or a garage.
- I have Full Colorado Title to the Magic-Tilt, one-axle Trailer.
- The Teak on the boat is original and was redone this year and looks like new.
- The sailboat is classified as a pocket sailboat which means that it has a galley, a head, and cabin which sleeps four people comfortably, and has lots of storage spaces.
- I have only sailed on fresh water in Colorado (Carter Lake, Pueblo Lake) and Nebraska (Lake McConaughy, with 4-foot waves and heavy winds because the mail sail can be reefed into the boom)
- The Mercury Engine is a 6 HP, 4 Stroke and has been rebuilt twice and runs great.
- The Mast does take two strong men to raise the mast, but I have the personnel at Carter Lake Marina Raise the Mast, Launch and Retrieve the sailboat for me.
- It is currently in a seasonal slip, on Carter Lake, CO, as of June 5th.
