Standard features

The boat is a 28 foot 3 inches Masthead Sloop. Mast length is 41 10 . Mast height above the waterline 40 feet. Boom length is 10 4. The beam is 10 3. The draft with the centre board up is 3 feet 3 inches” and is 6 ft 10 inches when the centre board is down. Max speed is 6.3 knots. Fuel capacity is 18 gallons. Water is 25 gallons. Holding tank is 15 gallons. . The boat sleeps 5 comfortably. It has an alcohol stove, ice box and head with privacy door. Headroom is 62. Automatic Bilge pump. The motor is a Universal 11 horsepower diesel motor,There is an instrument panel with amp and water temperature gage. There is a glow plug and start button for ignition, AC and DC panels, 110 outlets, and two 12 volt batteries. 2 anchors with 180 ft. rode, 1 VHS radio in cabin.
The cockpit is large with a Captains Chair and lighted cockpit compass. Sails include a Main, a 140 Genoa, a new regular Jib and a Storm Jib plus a Spinnaker sail with pole. There are 5 Barrow Winches, 2 #23 and 3 #16, There is a newer Mast Sheet Traveler, a Bimini top, Dodger, navigation lights, side stanchions and life lines, Bow and Stern Pulpit with Swim Ladder and 28” steering wheel.

Extra gear included

8’3” INFLATABLE DINGHY including with boat plus a 2 HP OUTBOARD MOTOR. The dinghy has been modified to be towed behind the sailboat.
Garmin hand held GPS48 and a GPSMap 182C. There are made-to-measure Cockpit cushions, 2 boat hooks, AM/FM stereo radio, 2 Cobra hand held radios,
6 Life Jackets, First Aid Kit, battery charger, Coat Gard Kit, glass, screens and canvas for cabin entrance. 6 Fenders.

Improvements to the hull, deck, rigging, engine, or interior

Motor rebuilt 2 years ago, Bottom of boat painted with antifouling paint 2 years ago.
Also added a new Traveler with Jam Cleats. There is a GPSMAP 182C colour chart plotting receiver installed. There is a ST4000 wheel Autopilot installed, as well as an anemometer (wind direction and speed indicator) both requiring a replacement part.
