General condition and any additional information

Set up for coastal sailing or live-on. Can best described as cocktails for 8 (either top-side of Saloon), dinner for 6, sailing for four, crossings for 3 and live-on for 2 (unless children pets or family). La Paz is a fantastic city. The best cursing grounds south of the Pacific North-Wests Golf Islands - swim with the whale -sharks in the bay, four hoi-ur sail to a World Heritage Site with many anchorages. Three shuttle bus ride to the International Airport at San Jose del Cabo. We have a large cruiser community and great restaurants. Winter weather is just about perfect. It cools down every night and in January sometimes one needs a light sweater. The best boat repair services south of San Diego at half the price. All in all a truly great life experience.
