If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	Absolutly-For her size there isno other in my estimation that can compare.
Gear that's been added	I have added very little gear.I did purchase new sails in 1998.
Structural or complex improvements	no-never required any.
The boat's best features	Very sinple deck lay out.Sails very well. We have won manycrusing class races over the ;yearsCabin is very comfortable for crusingwith three couples.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	Boat seems to be very solidconstruction (unihull) Ihave hull#60 very special..
Sailing characterisitcs	Sailed her day and night on the Chesapeake.Been through several hurricansat marina of course. On the water have motored through somevery heavy weather and surfed down waves recordedat 12 knots believe it or not.
Motoring characterisitcs
Liveability	Sleeps 8 well. I do Not live on it but could if my wifeever kicks me out at home.No

The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any	no broker. Bought direct.first owner transfered fromWashington D.C. after usingboat only 5 times . It was like new when I bought it.
