If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? YES, DUE TO LATE SEASON RACING, BOAT STAYS IN WATER YEAR ROUND AND SHORT HAULED EVERY SPRING AND AT 25 YEARS OLD, NEVER A HULL BLISTER

The boat's best features UPWIND PERFORMANCEIS GREAT SHE REALLY SHINES ! (DEEP DRAFT LEAD KEEL)I STARTED RACING LOCALLY IN A 13 BOAT DIVISION AND IN OUR FIRST SEASON, PLACED 3RD OVERALL. WE ALSO DO A 10 DAY CRUISEEVERY SUMMER. TO BLOCK ISLAND OR NEWPORT RI, AND FOR A FAMILY OF 5 BOAT IS VERY SPACIOUS  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. NO REAL PROBLEMS  
Sailing characterisitcs I FEEL VERY SAFE IN ROUGH WEATHER, UK TAPEDRIVE HEADSAIL SEEMED TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE. UPWIND IS HER BEST TACK. MAINSAIL SEEMS TO LIMIT DOWNWIND SPEED, HOWEVER MAKES FOR A EASY TO HANDLE SAIL AS I OFTEN SAIL SOLO  
Motoring characterisitcs UNIVERSAL DIESEL 44HP IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE, WITH POWER TO SPARE, WILL MOTOR AT 7.5 KNOTS  
Liveability WITH TRI CABIN, 2 HEADS, 2 SHOWERS, 5-6 PEOPLE HAVE GONE ON 7-10 DAY TRIPS WITH ROOM OR ALL EVEN IN MAIN SALON AT DINNERTIME. COCKPIT SUITIBLE FOR 6 PEOPLE UNDER SAIL. HOWEVER AFT SHOWER IS VERY SMALL
