Owner bought the boat in 3-05  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? maybe, this boat needed a lot of work. the boat sails great. I have a wheel and roller furl jib. nice boat with lots of room. right now i am redoing the galley.i had a great summer sailing out to jersey  
Gear that's been added new bulkheads and new chain plates , lots of fiber glass.new lines,  
Structural or complex improvements yes lots , the deck was soft by the baby stays. I took out the steel plates under the deck ,made new small bulk heads and but 15" steel chain plates bolted to the bulk head and up thur the deck. very strong. i've had the boat out many days in 25 to 30 and up to 35 knots. very strong no more soft deck...  
The boat's best features fun, fun to sail the wheel is great, feels likes a bigger boat with the wheel. roller furling is also nice. my boat has these 2 seats on the stern railing which is real nice.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. need to replace the galley, lots of rebuilding down below. fix the head always lots to do...  
Sailing characterisitcs lots of great days in jamaca bay. some real windy days . we get a nice sea breeze in the afternoon in the summer. nice wind 10 to 20 fun..  
Motoring characterisitcs not to much motoring. i have used only 10 gal of gas this year. i have a honda outboard nice motor 4 stoke.  
Liveability hope to have it ready next spring. mainly just overnight at the marina.
