If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? absolutley!!  
Gear that's been added i added slef tailing winches ( from Boat US) the rubber kind that slipp[ed over existing winches and they were great and were very inexpensive. i added a solar vent on the front hatch above the v berth. tiller cover,a few missing shackes on the boom and prseently working on a boom vang  
Structural or complex improvements Nope  
The boat's best features cockpit size, interior room and comfort,classic lines, timeless beauty (seriously)very stable sailor with centerboard down and fine in shoals with centerboard up  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. No room for lines to lead aft as cabin top was not designed that way but that is fine as i don't single handed sail. I wished for a rolerfurling but have no problem with hanking on the jib as i was brought up on a lightening  
Sailing characterisitcs runs down wind beautifully and weather helms up if wind gets to high while tacking, very fgood feeling thru tiller and tacks very smoothly  
Motoring characterisitcs have a 9.9 and that is fine for this boat  
Liveability very roomy interior and privacy door for head and v berth. galley is fine, nice location and roomy. very well designed

Other comments it's my 4th o'day. had a 22,26,28 before. I needed a boat under 26' for the slip i picked and i needed shoal draft but also a centerboard. i had been out of sailing for 10 years and looked at boats for 2 before i settled on this one and have no regrets whatsoever
