If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?

Yes but the universal m-18 (14 hp) is way under powered. Sails excellent. My wife and I spend every weekend in the summer and three weeks vacation in July on her. Our boat has cockpit cushions, dodger, binimi,davits,10' achilles dinghy, 2.5 hp outboard,Holds 70 gallons of water and 27 diesel. It is the 4' draft version.Installed a teak grate cockpit floor. Better upwind boat than expected and stable down wind. Got caught offshore cape may to Atlantic City in 38 mph winds and still here so do not underestimate her sailng ablity.

bought it from ATLANTIC COAST YACHT SALES in Rock Hal MD. Can say nothing but praise for Grant Huber the lady that handled the sale. I will go out of my way to make sure that she gets my next sale.
