Structural or complex improvements	Rebuilt fresh water system, water heater replacement.Replaced shaft and strut.
The boat's best features	Sails great, solid, reliable.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.
Sailing characterisitcs	Sailed the boat to Maine, spent two months there. No gear failures of any kind.
Motoring characterisitcs	Underpowered, but adequete if used with a trimmed main.
Liveability	Two months with wife, kid and dog. All still happy (except dog is now deceased.)
