If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? YES ITS A VERY GOOD SAIL BOAT FOR THE MONEYYES  
Gear that's been added YES IN 1990 I DID A MINOR REFIT WHEN I SAIL FROM NEW YORK TO FLORIDA WAT A GREAT TRIP GETTING BACT TO THE GEAR AUTO PIOLIT , NEW DEPTH FINDER , NEW LORAN,WHEEL , RUDDER , HEAD , WATERHEATER , ECT.  
Structural or complex improvements NOW IN 2001 AFTER LIVING ABOARD FR 10 YEARS I AM NOW GOING TO DO ALOT OF SAILING AGAIN SO GET READY NEW ENGIN , NEW FUEL TANK , FUEL TANK CRADEL UPDATE DC PANEL , NEW GENERATOR ALL NEW PUMPS AND HOSES AND THE LIST GOES ON .YOU KNOW WHAT BOAT STANDS FOR ? BREAK OUT ANOTHER THOUSAND!!!  
The boat's best features A GREAT BOAT TO SAIL SINGLE HANDED OR WITH 4 PEOPLE NICE LAYOUT JUST A NICE DESIGN .  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.  
Sailing characterisitcs SAILING FOR 25 YEARS MOSTLY BLUE WATER MADE A FEW TRIPS TO THE BRITISH VI. BY SAIL BOAT GOOD SAILOR AND CAPTAIN HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF RESPECT FOR THE WATER .  
Motoring characterisitcs UNIVERSAL ENGINS IN MY EXPERANCE ARE N0T VERY STRONG THEY CANT TAKE ALOT OF USE NOT THE RIGHT ENGIN FOR THAT BOAT IN MY OPINION  
Liveability IST GREAT VERY ROOMIE INSIDE HAS ALL THE RIGHT STUTT AND IN THE RIGHT PLACES VERY GOOD LIVE ABORD SAIL BOAT
