If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	yes, but I got the whole package for very little money.

Structural or complex improvements	none, small repairs to the fiberglass.
The boat's best features	very stable. easy to sail.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	very hard to step mast up. Makes going out solo impossible, takes two to install mast. Have to figure out a way make mast installation much less difficult.
Sailing characterisitcs	sturdy and responsive,don't even use the jib that much.

Liveability	none, unless your really really small.
