If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again?	in a heartbeat, this old girl is just easy to trailer, simple to rig (now that i have added the tabernacle) and just plane fun to sail.
Gear that's been added	added a tabernacle to the mast, makes life so much easier
Structural or complex improvements	nothing yet, just the tabernacle
The boat's best features	this boat is solid, points well, get her on a beam reach and she really moves. handles some chop without a problem, easy to trailer, launch, rig,sail, retrieve. i usually sail alone or with one other person so this boat is everything i could ask for to suit my needs.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	everytime i take her out i get about a gallon of water in the port flotation tank, doesn't seem to matter if i'm out for one hour or all day. i'm still trying to track down the leak. think maybe i'll stick a garden hose in the tank and try and see where the water comes out.
Sailing characterisitcs	lots of sail on this small boat. this thing will ghost on a whisper of a breeze. much more stable than my old mirror dinghy. you can move about under sail without fear of upsetting her. if you keep the speed up you can tack through the wind well enough, slow down too much and youll have to do a 270 to bring her about. sails well on all points, accellerates very quickly and a beam reach in a stif breeze is just a blast. sails best when balanced, try to keep your weight near the center of the cockpit, thats why they make tiller extensions.
