Gear that's been added	new 4hp 4-stroke outboard,am/fm cd player,speakers in the cockpit and the cabin,new automatic bilge pump,2 deep cycle marine batteries,solar powered battery charger,dockside battery charger,new running and anchor lights,completely Re rigged,new halyards,all new harken blocks,harken winches,new jib sheet,main sheet,cushions in cockpit and v berth, toilet with 6gal holding tank,16gal fresh water capacitycustom made portlights-changed shape of windows,anchor,bottom paint,bomar opening hatch,tiller extension,new hatch boards made of 1/2"smoked plastic(gives the boat more of an open felling ,much more light)
Structural or complex improvements	lots of fiberglass repair,im the first owner to haul it out of the water(im sure you can only imagine)
The boat's best features	I like the engine cover ive also added some spray in insulation to eliminate almost all engine noise.i also moved start rope and throttle,fwd and reverse controls into the cockpit so i really never need to open then cover.the size of the cockpit is great for a day with some friends.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.	no problems
Sailing characterisitcs	handles well in heavy winds,quick response and very easy to single hand
Motoring characterisitcs	the 4hp motor does ok for my needs(boat is very tricky to back up)
Liveability	i would not ever live on the boat even though i have set it pretty nice to live on electric pump sink,16 gal fresh water capacity and small sigle burner stove not enough room for me 6'2"tall
