Average size of crew 2-4
Liveaboard? No
Owner bought the boat in 2000
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? I actually didn't buy it, I salvaged it. Luckiest weekend of my life and I love the little rascal. Great heavy weather vessel. Not much room for overnighting though.
Gear that's been added Yup, tillerpilot, depthsounder, vhf, ssb, porta-potti.
Structural or complex improvements Added an extra cockpit drain at the aft end of the cockpit.
The boat's best features Quite a dry ride in rough weather. It handles breaking waves astern very well, dumping them off the sides of the engine cover instead of pooping the cockpit. Extremely stable, to be expected, at 3000lbs and only 23 feet long
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.
Sailing characterisitcs Mostly easy cruising, but got caught by a twister once and was surprised how well and solid this little boat performed.
Motoring characterisitcs Easy motoring. The enclosed inboard/outboard makes having a conversation not so bad.
Liveability We still have lots of work to do to make it comfortable inside.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) [builder]
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
