Owner bought the boat in 2001  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes, my family and I are throughly pleased with how Jennifer Lea handles. Very stable and dry boat, quick response and gets up to hull speed quickly.  
Gear that's been added New hatch boards, new tiller and cover, CDI roller furling with a 150% Neil Pryde sail from Cameron sails in Seabrook, Texas, Butane cook stove, new sail covers, shorepower and multistage battery charger and stereo.  
Structural or complex improvements I am currently rebedding all the stanctions and rebuilding the vanity sink.  
The boat's best features quick, forgiving and stable  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. the ice bin in the gally drains into the bilge and have not installed a bildge pump.  
Sailing characterisitcs tracks well, stable in strong wind. Does have a heavy weather helm.  
Motoring characterisitcs The boat moves well with an OMC 9.9 2 stroke.  
Liveability The boat have sleeping for 6 smal and very friendly adults. We have not spent the night aboard yet, this next season we start.

The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Bought the boat from Inland Sailing Center and had a good experience.  
Other comments Very happy with our family toy.
