Normal wind strength 10-15 knots  
Average size of crew 2-4  
Liveaboard? No  
Owner bought the boat in 2001  
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes I Would This was my first boat the boats looks less than 3 years old great gel coat  
Gear that's been added VHF,porta poti,stove,130 genoa, gps, speed log depth &lifeline covers  
Structural or complex improvements Bottom Paint, tiller ext. & standing rig covers.  
The boat's best features easy to sail even for a new sailer very solid boat  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.  
Sailing characterisitcs solid boat I have been in 5' waves performed well for a light boat prop will spin in 5+ waves  
Motoring characterisitcs 6 hp will do 6 knots  
Liveability Small but good for a over night  
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) [builder]  
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any  
Other comments I looked around for 2 years ant 50 + boats my 1985 looks better than A 1996 Hunter
