Owner bought the boat in 1999
If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes I moved up from a 20' so I really like it.
Gear that's been added Yes radio replaced, teak done, bottom painted, new head, line holders, pin in compression post so table stays up, 7 new shelves, cockpit cusions were a must, sunshade and bimini were best improvements, plus tons of little stuff
Structural or complex improvements LOts of shelving.
The boat's best features Stand alone head for sailing with two kids.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Very strong boat.
Sailing characterisitcs I've pulled it to the gulf, KY, Delaware River, and Chessapeake and have had great luck.
Motoring characterisitcs Use a 9 hp long shaft always starts right up. I really prefer the Johnson as its very reliable and always starts.
Liveability Lived on it 2 wks this summer with 4 people no problem.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) [builder]
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any na
