The boat's best features Easy to sail singlehanded.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. Jiffy reefing is a pain but don't actually need it. Boat sails fine with just a partially furled genoa in 20 to 25 knot winds.
Sailing characterisitcs Ten day cruise each summer between Cape Cod and New York City. Return trip always solo.
Motoring characterisitcs 8 HP 25 inch shaft Evinrude moves boat at hull speed (6 kts).
Liveability Enclosed head for ultimate privacy. Lots of storage area. Sleeps three (four if you know each other real well). Very comfortable for extended cruising.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) [builder]
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any Dealer. No problem.
