Review of the Oday Javelin by David Laird

If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? yes, It is a great boat in which to teach my wife and son to sail.

The boat's best features The boat can really take a blow...My wife grew up sailing in a small lake and was abit apprehensive about the bay, but the javelin handles heavy air and waves very well.  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc.  
Sailing characterisitcs she points well, and flies going down wind!
