How the boat is used Weekends and longer

If the clock could be turned back, would owner buy again? Yes it is a great boat and easy to sail.
Gear that's been added MP3 stereo, backup bilge pump
Structural or complex improvements No, we are about to add marine air conditioning so the wives are happy. Also we are putting in a new GPS system.
The boat's best features Easy to sail alone, however we would like to rig the lines to the cockpit soon.
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The hand rails leak. We are resealing now.
Sailing characterisitcs It handles well into the wind.
Motoring characterisitcs The Atomic 4 is dependable and runs well. When we purchased the boat the engine was apartso we took a chance and bought the boat anyway. We had a mechanic put it back together and it runs like a clock.
Liveability It is a good weekender only. If I were to live aboard I would have to move up to a 36'.
The owner's experience in dealing with Hunter (if any) [builder]
The owner's experience with the boat dealer or broker, if any
Other comments It is a very dependable boat. We may try to find a lrger one in the future.
