The boat's best features good construction and trim large interior size good interior design  
Problem areas in terms of design, materials, maintenance, etc. The head did not have a vented loop; we added one and solved the problems.  
Sailing characterisitcs Good heavy air boat. We use a 150% genoa and full main up to 25 knots. The boat is under powred in light air.

Other comments I have sailed for over 35 years and my first boat was a O'day Javlin. O'Day always had a reputation for a good quality boat.
